This apartment has 45 square meters with a mezzanine-style internal staircase a spacious bedroom with 20 square meters, and a king-size bed. Free Wi-Fi. Heating during winter and ventilation during the summertime. The living room sofa bed can accommodate 2 adults or 2 children, but note that they will sleep on 2 different mattresses because these are on different levels of the sofa bed.

Access to the apartment is via a staircase (kind of 2nd floor - but only 19 stairs). Guests can access, with complete autonomy, all parts of the apartment space. At the top, the gardens are shared between 2 more apartments, that we also rent to tourists, in the same building.

Below the accommodation, there's a (very good) small pizzeria that can be a useful resource for when you don't feel like cooking during your vacation, so you can eat there, or take the food to the apartment. At 80 meters you will find a typical Portuguese food restaurant we fully recommend.

Further down, 500 meters from the building, there is a supermarket "Pingo Doce" that sells all the food and drinks as well as any other material you need in your daily life for your comfort and hygiene.

The wine is called "Port wine", but all the Port wine cellars are in Gaia. And you will be able to walk to them because most of them are less than 800 meters.
