This apartment has 55 square meters, watching the street very clearly through two large old-style windows, double glazing. Free Wi-Fi. Heating during winter and ventilation during the summertime.

It should be noted that the sofa bed has the following dimensions: 1.92mts x 1.13mts, so one adult or 2 small children can comfortably sleep there, but we do not accept 2 adults or 2 grown children. Please bear this in mind before booking.

Access to the apartment is via a staircase (1st floor - 18 stairs). Guests can access, with complete autonomy, all parts of the apartment space. At the top, the gardens are shared between 2 more apartments, which we also rent to tourists in the same building.

Below the accommodation, there's a (very good) small pizzeria that can be a useful resource for when you don't feel like cooking during your vacation, so you can eat there, or take the food to the apartment. At 80 meters you will find a typical Portuguese food restaurant that we fully recommend.

Further down, 500 meters from the building, there is a supermarket "Pingo Doce" that sells all the food and drinks as well as any other material you need in your daily life for your comfort and hygiene.

The wine is called "Port wine", but all the Port wine cellars are in Gaia. And you will be able to walk to them because most of them are less than 800 meters.
