In the bedroom of this apartment, located in the historic center of Gaia, on the 3rd floor, you will find a king-size bed, a large wardrobe for your clothes and suitcases and a chair, two 2x2 meter shutters and electric blinds and lace curtains.

Silent at night, you will have the feeling of being in the middle of a rustic countryside. If you open the blinds you will see a garden, with garden tables and chairs, which you can enjoy eating breakfast or dinner, prepared in this room.

The lounge and dining room has a granite table and 4 chairs, a sofa bed, facing a large window, and a television. There is electric oil heating in winter and fans in summer. Free High-speed internet via Wi-fi.

It should be noted that the sofa bed has the following dimensions: 1.92mts x 1.13mts, so one adult or 2 small children can comfortably sleep there, but we do not accept 2 adults or 2 grown children. Please bear this in mind before booking.

Parking for cars on the street is paid, but on perpendicular and side streets (at a distance of 80 meters) it is free.

Access to the apartment is via a staircase (3rd floor - 50 stairs). Guests can access, it with complete autonomy, but this apartment is not recommended for people with mobility issues. Next to the flat, the gardens are shared between 2 more apartments, which we also rent to tourists in the same building.

At ground level, there's a (very good) Pizzeria that can be a useful resource for when you don't feel like cooking during your vacation, so you can eat there, or take the food to the apartment. At 80 meters you will find a typical Portuguese food restaurant that we fully recommend.

Further down, 500 meters from the building, there is a supermarket "Pingo Doce" that sells all the food and drinks as well as any other material you need in your daily life for your comfort and hygiene.

The wine is called "Port wine", but all the Port wine cellars are in Gaia. And you will be able to walk to them because most of them are less than 800 meters.
